How long does it take to take the high-speed train from Guangzhou?

I have to change trains in Shenzhen. It takes half an hour for Guangzhou to Shenzhen high-speed rail. It takes more than three and a half hours for Shenzhen North to Xiamen North, which is close to four hours.
