Anyway, there is no complete line in operation now. According to Lao Liu, Kunming is a basin, surrounded by mountains on three sides and water on one side. Because of the land, the west, north and east can&;t do much. Only the development to the south and southeast and the development of surrounding satellite cities will form a siphon effect. I didn&;t know it a few years ago, but I made a big decision to set up a district from Chenggong County to focus on development. Then I moved all the office space of the municipal government to the new district, and called on the major universities and companies in the main city to move to Chenggong District. Since 19 years, Kunming has invested heavily in building Wujiaba area in the old site of the original airport, which is known as the world&;s leading central park. Unfortunately, two years later, apart from being a large construction site, the legendary central park is still a blue shed wholesale market, and the demolition has not yet started. It is still unknown when this park with water and trees will be built. Since ancient times, people have lived by water. Naturally, the area around Kunming is the top priority of real estate development. At present, the development on the main city side is mature, and villas and high-quality communities abound. The mature performance of economic development is the high housing prices, which are vividly displayed here. To sum up, Lao Liu&;s personal opinion is that the main development areas of Kunming in the future will be contiguous from the original site of the airport to Chenggong New City, and the Century City, Luosi Bay and Dounan in the middle will have great development. The area around Yunnan will be affected by environmental protection and its development will be limited. It will be radiated by the new convention and exhibition center, and it will be shaped within 3 kilometers around it, forming a certain scale. As for the west, north and east, they will follow the established development direction and go step by step, and there will be no big breakthrough. Only in this area of Northwest New Town, because there are lots of land to be developed, there will be a small real estate development in the short term, and it may be dull for a long time afterwards. How much the satellite cities of Anning, Songming, Jinning and Fumin can develop depends on their own fate. At present, Anning and Songming are relatively mature, and Jinning is coming from behind, taking advantage of the east wind of the policy and gaining great momentum. It is said that in the past two years, special areas such as Yuzhong New District and Free Trade Zone have been planned. I am not sure where the boundaries of these administrative divisions are.
