At the age of 22, I graduated from technical secondary school and went to work in a factory. Three shifts work, assembly line management, without any technical content. Like a robot, every day is to go to work, mechanical work, can not see the future, every day regret not studying well at school. Until I met a leader who appreciated me more, I was enlightened not to live a muddled life, to be self-motivated, to be full of hope for life, and to let me learn mechanical principles and special knowledge of workshop equipment. Through learning from the master and my own efforts, I finally became a qualified maintenance worker.
