What happened to the yellow leaves of geranium?

Thank you Wukong for inviting me to answer! Geranium, also known as hydrangea, sunflower and paraffin red, is a perennial herb. It is a common potted flower in people&;s families, which can enjoy both leaves and flowers. In some public greening sites, geranium is also a good plant commonly used for arranging flower beds and decorating flower diameters. Geranium has a long flowering period, except that geranium is dormant or semi-dormant in midsummer and hot summer, it can bloom normally from October of each year to May of the following year (in a warm room in winter). Potted geraniums can be mixed with humus soil (bagged culture soil sold in stores) with appropriate amount of sand or chaff ash, and the pot soil is required to be fertile and loose. Geranium loves warm and ventilated climate, so potted geraniums should be placed outdoors on sunny and ventilated windowsills or balconies (to prevent sun exposure in summer). Every winter, geranium should be moved indoors in time, and placed in a place where geranium can fully absorb light and be ventilated, and the room temperature should be kept above 5℃. Wait until mid-April of the following year before moving geraniums outdoors. Geranium itself has an odor, and the whole plant has burrs, and there are few pests and diseases. The yellowing of potted geranium leaves can be said with certainty that it is mainly caused by excessive watering at ordinary times. Because geranium is a drought-resistant and wet-waterlogged plant, it should not be watered too much at ordinary times. How can we solve the problem of yellow leaves of geranium? First, it is not necessary to water potted geraniums too much at ordinary times. Generally, it is only when the leaf tips are found to be slightly drooping (actually, the pot is dry) that they are watered. There is also a rule for watering: if you don&;t do it, water it thoroughly. In case of rainy days, geraniums should be moved indoors in time to avoid excessive water accumulation in the basin due to rain. Fertilization is usually done every 10 to 15 days, and only thin liquid fertilizer can be used every time. Otherwise, geraniums will burn their roots and yellow leaves. Second, from late June to mid-August every year, the weather is hot, and geraniums are also in a dormant state, so fertilization should be stopped and watering should be properly controlled. Otherwise, the pot soil is too wet and meets high temperature, which will cause the yellow leaves of geranium to fall and even the rotten roots to die. Third, after geranium enters winter, it is necessary to strictly control watering at ordinary times, and it is necessary to stop watering and stop fertilizing. The room temperature should not be lower than 5℃, and sufficient illumination should be met. Proper ventilation is only for a moment in sunny weather, and the time should not be too long. Otherwise, geranium will also catch a cold and get yellow leaves. Fourth, geranium, like all flowers, is generally irreversible as long as its leaves are found to have turned yellow. At this time, the dead leaves and branches can be trimmed to wait for their new buds and young leaves to regenerate. Hehe, in the end, Maitreya wishes all friends who love flowers can grow beautiful flowers with good flower cultivation methods! thank you
