Guang Zhouta can have tea at Daoxiang in the Pearl River Imperial Garden. If you just want to eat dim sum, there is one under the tower bottom in Guangzhou, near the tower bottom at Exit A of the subway. But I haven&;t been there. Or walk for about 10 minutes to Daoxiang in the Pearl River Imperial Garden.
