Why do you like Nanjing?

Let me talk about Nanjing in my mind. I came to Nanjing to go to school in 2005. I reported to South Institute of Technology, took bus No.5, saw the huge Fatong trees on both sides of Zhongshan East Road, and fell in love with it. At that time, classes were held from Monday to Friday, and I came out to explore Nanjing on weekends. Almost everywhere you go, there are tall Fatung trees, such as Zhongshan East Road, Zhongshan North Road, Zhongshan South Road, Zhongyang Road and Huanling Road. From the sky, Meiling Palace is a jewel pendant, shining in spring, summer, autumn and winter. At that time, I felt that this should be the city where I settled, and now it is really rooted in Nanjing. Although Nanjing is located in the south of Jiangsu, relying on Shanghai, Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou, its diet is diversified, including Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine, hangzhou dishes cuisine, Shanghai cuisine, Anhui cuisine, northern Jiangsu cuisine, and local Nanjing cuisine. Sichuan cuisine, especially Hunan cuisine, is all over the country. More interestingly, many old brands are halal. Ma Xiangxing, Lvliuju, Qijiawan fried dumpling and so on. Why are there so many halal snacks and restaurants in Nanjing? There are many scenic spots worth visiting in Nanjing, such as the Yangtze River Bridge, the Presidential Palace, Nanbo, Confucius Temple, Laomendong, Zhonghua Gate, Yuejiang Tower, Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, Zhanyuan and the beautiful scenery in the suburbs. As for the surrounding areas, to the west, you can go to southern Anhui and northern Jiangxi to enjoy the beautiful scenery; to the east, you can go to Hangzhou, Shanghai, Suzhou and Wuxi to experience the prosperity of the Yangtze River Delta; to the north, you can go to Beijing and Tianjin to see the northern customs; to the south, you can go to western Zhejiang and southern Fujian to enjoy the southeast scenery. Nanjing also has a good cultural atmosphere, such as theatres, tea houses and crosstalk theatres. There are various performances every month to meet the needs of popular culture. Moreover, Nanjing people are not exclusive, and those who are in charge of foreigners calling foreign codes are, after all, a minority. Nanjing is the only city in China where subways connect all districts and counties. Public transportation is very developed, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. But I prefer to take the bus and watch the great changes in Nanjing. The city is more and more beautiful, the buildings are higher and higher, the management is more and more human, and the social service is better and better.
