The management measures to restrict traffic are as follows: (1) All-day low-speed trucks and diesel vehicles below the national three (inclusive) standards are prohibited from entering the above roads; (2) From 7: 00 to 9: 00 and from 16: 00 to 19: 00 every day, trucks and special operations are prohibited; (three) the rest of the time truck, special operation vehicles with the pass, no pass of vehicles from 7 to 21: 00; (4) Guangnan Road (from Xiyu Road to Guangbo Road) and Guangbo Road (from the west of Guangnan Road) allow local number plate trucks and special-purpose vehicles to turn around during the time except 7: 00 to 9: 00 and 16: 00 to 19: 00, and foreign number plate trucks and special-purpose vehicles must still pass by the pass slip; III. Roads within the ring road consisting of Xicheng Road, Yanxin Road, Huishan Avenue and Jinhui Road; 3. Roads within the ring road consisting of Xihu Road, Youyi Road, Xinming Middle Road (inclusive) and Baizhuang Road (inclusive); 4. Roads within the ring road consisting of Jincheng East Road, National Highway 312, Taibo Avenue, Wangzhuang East Road and Airport Road. (3) The following roads are allowed for vehicles with Grade A and Grade A pass, and vehicles without pass are prohibited from 7: 00 to 21: 00: 00: roads within the ring road formed by Xingchang Road, Fengxiang Road, Yunhe West Road and Xinguang Road. Roads within the ring road consisting of Xingyue Road, Xingwu Road, Cuishan Road and Danshan Road in Xidong High-speed Railway Business District; 2. Changjiang North Road (from Taihu Avenue to Wangzhuang Road); 3. Wangzhuang Road (Xingchang Road to Xixing Road); 4. Fishing Port Road; Huanhu Road; Baojie Bridge; Shanshui East Road (from Shanshui West Road to Zhuzhu Road); 5. Shilifang dike; Zhuzhu road. (3) The following roads are closed all day: 1. Urban expressways; 2. Taihu Avenue (including elevated and tunnel sections); 3. Huishan Avenue (Provincial Highway 342 to Xichengjie); 4. Zhuangqiao Road (from Xihu Road to Er Quan Road); 5. Roads within the ring road consisting of Gonghu Avenue, Wudu Road, Lixin Avenue and Gaolang Road. IV. The meanings of the following terms in these Provisions (1) &”;Trucks&”; refer to cars designed and manufactured mainly for carrying goods or towing trailers, including cars equipped with special equipment or appliances but mainly for carrying goods. (2) &”;Special-purpose vehicle&”; refers to the vehicle equipped with special equipment or appliances, which is designed and manufactured for special operations, such as wrecker, aerial work vehicle, road sweeper, dirt suction vehicle, drilling rig, instrument vehicle, inspection vehicle and supervision vehicle.Measuring vehicles, power supply vehicles, communication vehicles, television vehicles, blood collection vehicles, medical vehicles, medical check-up vehicles, etc., but excluding vehicles whose main purpose is to carry people or goods. V. Engineering transport vehicles shall be implemented in accordanc《无锡市工程运输安全管理办法》 (No.155th Municipal Decr《关于调整市区工程运输车辆通行限制措施的通告》 (No.68 Tin Bus [2010]) which came into force on October 1, 2016.
