It&;s Pazhou Exhibition Hall. The hotels near Haizhu District, Guangzhou are all very expensive (four or five stars) by visual inspection, but there is a subway there. It&;s quick and convenient to take the subway for a few dollars to get to the city center, and it&;s easier to find hotels around 150-300. Moreover, that place is newly developed and not very lively, so I suggest you take the subway to live in the city center. If you don&;t want to go too far, you can go to the hotel in the nearby university town, where the price of hotels is cheaper and it is relatively close to the exhibition hall.
