Expansion: Restricted areas: Guangzhou Daguan Road (from Guangshan Road to Zhongshan Avenue, excluding), East Ring Urban Expressway (from Zhongshan Avenue to Dongpu Bridge, excluding), Pearl River Waterway (from Dongpu Bridge to cheung chau island to Yajisha Bridge to Guanghe Bridge, south of Haizhu District, north of cheung chau island and Panyu District, west of Haizhu District and Baiyun District, east of Datansha and Chau), and Yagang Avenue (excluding) No), the area enclosed by the auxiliary road of South China Expressway Phase III (excluding), Jianpeng Road (excluding), Tongtai Road (excluding), Guangzhou Avenue North (north of Tongtai Road, excluding), South China Expressway Phase II (Chungang Interchange Section to Guangshan Road Section, excluding) and Guangshan Road (Daguan Road to South China Expressway Section, excluding). However, expressways in restricted areas, South China Expressway, and Southeast West Ring Expressway (i.e. Ring Expressway) are not subject to restrictions.
