There are Huadu District, Zengcheng District, Conghua District, Panyu District and Nansha District in Guangzhou where the four-stop and four-limit measures are not implemented. (1) Road sections where trucks are prohibited all day: Guanzhou Tunnel, Zhonghuan East Road and Zhonghuan West Road in Guangzhou University City. (2) Areas where trucks are prohibited from driving from 7: 00 to 9: 00 and from 17: 00 to 20: 00 every day: downtown area [excluding expressways, South China Expressway, Southeast West Ring Urban Expressway, Maogang Road and Hulin Road (east of Maogang Road); east of Daguan Road (from Huaguan Road to Olympic Sports Road, excluding), Olympic Sports Road and guangyuan expressway (from Olympic Sports Road to Petrochemical Road, excluding Maogang Road) Not included), Huangpu East Road (from Gangwan Road to Petrochemical Road, not included), Zhongshan Avenue (from Donghuan City Expressway to Gangwan Road), and the west of Donghuan City Expressway (from Zhongshan Avenue to Dongpu Bridge); South: to the north of the Pearl River (from Yajisha Bridge to Luoxi Bridge, to Nansha Port Expressway, to Luntou Tunnel, to Dongpu Bridge, to the south of Haizhu District, to the north of Bio Island and cheung chau island), and Xinguang Expressway (the whole section); West: Zengcha Road (the section from Shi Feng Road to Zengbu Bridge, excluding the section from Beihuan Expressway to Guangqing Expressway), the Pearl River (Zengbu Bridge to Yajisha Bridge), Zengbu Bridge, the east of Zhujiang Bridge, Zhujiang Tunnel and Hedong Bridge; North: Shi Feng Road (excluding), Shisha Highway (excluding), Huangshi West Road (excluding), Airport Road (from Huangshi Road to Helong Road, excluding), Helong Road (excluding), Jianpeng Road, Tongtai Road, South China Expressway Phase III (Yongtai Toll Station to Shatai Toll Station), Shatai Road (Shatai Toll Station to Shahe Overpass of South China Expressway Phase III)
