How high is Guangzhou&;s &”;small waist&”; and where does it rank in the world?

With a total height of 600 meters, Guang Zhouta (nicknamed Xiaomanyao) is the second tallest tower in the world as of January 2019. Guang Zhouta consists of reinforced concrete inner core tube, steel structure outer frame tube and composite floors connecting them. The height of the core tube is 454m, with 88 floors in total and the standard height is 5.2m m. The outer frame tube of Guang Zhouta steel structure mesh consists of 24 concrete filled steel tubular inclined columns, 46 groups of ring beams and steel tube inclined braces, with the highest elevation of 462.70m m. The antenna mast composed of steel lattice structure and box section is 146 meters high, with the highest height of 600 meters, making it the second tallest tower in the world, second only to Tokyo Sky Tower. Extended Information On November 25th, 2005, Guang Zhouta officially started construction. On August 27th, 2008, the 454m main tower of Guang Zhouta was capped, surpassing CITIC Plaza to become the tallest building in Guangzhou.
