Beijing small waist building is called CCTV headquarters building. Located in the middle of East Third Ring Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, it is located in the core area of CBD, covering an area of 197,000 square meters. The total construction area is about 550,000 square meters, the tallest building is 234 meters, and the total investment of the project is about 5 billion yuan. The world-famous architect Rem Koolhaas, a Dutchman, is the main architect of the building, and the Dutch Metropolitan Architecture Office is responsible for the design. A five-star hotel will be built in the new site of CCTV. The CCTV building is mainly composed of two functions, namely a five-star hotel and a TV cultural center.
