Matters needing attention in Japanese exam registration
1. Candidates can take mobile storage devices (USB flash drive, mobile hard disk, etc.) to the nearby photo studio, and ask the staff to take photos of your passport in electronic format according to the above specifications, and complete the photo upload. Note: Electronic photos can only be uploaded once.
2. Candidates must complete the payment within 24 hours after booking seats, otherwise, the reserved seats will be automatically cancelled by the system for other candidates to book.
3. During the registration period, if the status of the test center is &”;places are temporarily full&”;, it does not mean that there will definitely be no more places in the test center before the registration deadline. The system will release the reserved seats of the candidates who have already reserved seats for other candidates in case of overdue payment, cancellation of reservation and replacement of the test center.
4. Candidates must ensure that their valid certificates are consistent with the certificate types and certificate numbers submitted when registering online. The certificate number submitted by the candidate at the time of registration has been printed on the admission ticket. If the information of the certificate held by the candidate does not match the information on the admission ticket, the candidate will not be able to receive the admission ticket and take the exam.
