The level of teachers in preschool education industry is low, the talent gap is large, and the mobility of personnel is large. With the change of teachers&; level, the stability of teachers has changed in the past two years, but on the whole, the gap can not be easily changed. A kindergarten teacher needs three years of secondary school study after graduation, and the director level basically reaches junior college or undergraduate degree in preschool education. It is too difficult to solve the gap of 3 million teachers in three or five years. The serious shortage of teachers restricts the development of kindergartens. According to the report of preschool education industry observation, 40% of the 247 kindergartens with plans to expand classes at the end of 2018 could not be completed on schedule because of the shortage of teachers. The total number of teachers in nine districts surveyed in Beijing is 14,304, that in Ningxia is 12,900, and that in Sichuan is 39.3. Judging from the above data, the employment prospects of preschool teachers are very optimistic, professional talents are essential, and basic education of preschool education is indispensable.
