Later, after I went to Guangdong, my first job was more than 3,000 at the beginning, so I didn&;t want to go back to Hubei later. Hubei, which is developing, has developed better in recent years, especially Wuhan. With more and more large enterprises, the talent gap is more obvious, so we have more respect for talents. Secondly, the integrity is higher than before, and the administrative efficiency is much higher. So recently, many fellow villagers who worked as companies in Guangdong moved back to Wuhan. I also went back to see it several times, and there are some plans to drive the company back. From the development of my hometown, I also deeply feel how important the business environment in a region is, and the first step to decide the business environment is to improve administrative efficiency, especially the respect of leaders for entrepreneurs. There is still great potential for the development of Hubei. I am also a traveler. I have had business exchanges in more than half of the provinces. The best place for my business environment now is Shenzhen, which has truly realized the service-oriented administrative concept. Everything is done according to the law, and my mind is more liberated. The leaders have great respect for entrepreneurs. However, in contrast, some backward places, especially the areas that have fallen rapidly in recent years and the northwest, will not be mentioned in detail, so as not to cause map guns. The economy of a region has too much to do with the mentality of leaders. For example, if an entrepreneur needs to bow and scrape to do anything, the economy of this place is absolutely poor. In recent years, Hubei has made great progress in this respect, but it has dug up some hidden bureaucracy. I think this is a good thing. If these people are exposed, Hubei&;s economy will be more promising in the future. Where a company decides to be, it must be related to the soil in this place. As the saying goes, &”;If you are in full bloom, butterflies will come naturally&”;, as long as the regional environment is well done, I believe that the vast number of Hubei people are willing to go back to start a business and start a company. After all, who doesn&;t love their hometown? No one wants to go far away unless they are forced by life.
