My personal thoughts are as follows: 1. jiande city, Tonglu and Chun &;an are divided in Hangzhou. The total population is 1.32 million, with a total area of over 8,000 square kilometers. Jiaxing&;s escrow of Haining was cancelled, and Haining was entrusted by the province to Hangzhou, with a population of 850,000 and an area of 700 square kilometers. The escrow of Shaoxing City to Zhuji City was revoked, and Zhuji City was entrusted by Hangzhou City by the province, with a total population of 1.17 million and an area of 2,311 square kilometers. Thus, a new Hangzhou is formed. The total population of new Hangzhou increased from 8.9 million to 9.7 million, and the area decreased from more than 16,000 square kilometers to 110 million square kilometers. The economic structure can be greatly adjusted, and the population density and output value per square meter can be greatly improved. Jiande, Tonglu and Chun &;an, three counties and cities designated by Hangzhou, have been restored to prefecture-level Yanzhou City. Because Tonglu is well developed and the land is relatively open, the city can be placed in Tonglu. Yanzhou has jurisdiction over Tonglu District, Jiande District (old Jiande County excludes Xin &;anjiang Street), Chun &;an County and Xin &;anjiang District (old Shou Chang County of Xin &;anjiang Street), with a total population of 1.32 million and an area of 8,000 square kilometers. From then on, the ancient town of Meicheng, located in Meicheng Town, jiande city, can also be properly named Yanzhou Ancient City. Combined with the continuous development of Fuchunjiang River, Xin &;anjiang River and Qiandao Lake, Yanzhou City will become Switzerland in western Zhejiang, a tourist destination in the Yangtze River Delta and an ecological garden in the Shanghai-Nanjing-Hangzhou metropolitan area. The population of Yanzhou City is equivalent to that of Huangshan City, Anhui Province, and it is redundant to Zhoushan City. Because of the large area of mountainous, Qiandao Lake and Fuchun River, Yanzhou City focuses on developing tourism, pollution-free intelligent manufacturing industry and university industry. Guangzhou developed because a series of prefecture-level cities such as Dongguan, Qingyuan, Zhongshan, Foshan, Zhaoqing and Huizhou were set up around the original guangzhou fu, which greatly promoted the central position of Guangzhou. Shaoxing, Huzhou, Yiwu and Jiaxing around Hangzhou are all close to Hangzhou, and there are big cities in the east, south and north, except for the west of Zhejiang. The new Yanzhou City (in Tonglu) is 60 kilometers away from the main city of Hangzhou, close to Fuyang District and Lin &;an District of Hangzhou. The establishment of Yanzhou City seems to reduce the burden on Hangzhou, but in fact it is a deeper point for Hangzhou.
