Housing transfer process:
1. Contract declaration: The buyer and the seller hold the original price and the original house property to the computer in the lobby on the first floor, and then print it by the &”;serial number of the online sign&”;.
2. Delivery. The buyer and the seller go to the front desk on the second floor to pick up &”;No.C&”; and pick it up at the pick-up window in Area C.
3. Nuclear price. Take &”;F&”; from the front desk, check the price at windows 61 and 62, and sign the &”;check list&”;.
4. Payment and handling fee. Get the &”;local tax&”; number at the front desk and pay the local tax and handling fee at window 49-52.
5. Pay deed tax. Deed tax at windows 61 and 62.
6. Take the receipt. Pick up the &”;receipt&”; number at the front desk, and pick up the official receipt at window 43.
7. take it. On the due date of the receipt, you can pick up the real estate at Window 1-6 in Area A with the receipt.
Because the procedures in Guangzhou are complicated, there are a lot of materials submitted, and the processes in all districts are not exactly the same (especially in Panyu, Huadu and other remote areas), I still suggest that you consult the information office of the transaction registration center in each district.
