Road sections below 7: 00 to 9: 00 and 17: 00 to 19: 00 on weekdays are restricted to the areas below foreign cars (excluding expressways, South China Expressway and Southeast West Ring Urban Expressway). From 7: 00 to 9: 00 and from 17: 00 to 19: 00 on weekdays, non-local passenger cars (including vehicles with temporary license plates) are prohibited: Daguan Road (from Guangshan Road to Zhongshan Avenue, excluding) and East Ring Urban Expressway (excluding) South: North of Pearl River Waterway (south of Haizhu District and north of cheung chau island); West: east of the junction of Baiyun District, Liwan District and Foshan City; North: South of Guangshan Road (Daguan Road to South China Expressway, excluding), South China Expressway (Guangshan Road to Chungang Interchange), South China Expressway Phase III and Yagang Avenue (excluding).
