Urban forest park refers to a place with particularly beautiful forest landscape, concentrated human scenery, high ornamental, scientific and cultural value, special geographical location, certain regional representation, complete tourism service facilities and high degree, which can be used for people to visit, rest or carry out scientific, cultural and educational activities. The State Forestry and Grassland Bureau makes an administrative licensing decision to approve the establishment.
