I like Guangzhou very much and have been traveling here for two years in a row. I stayed for more than half a month this year and went to many places, some of which were revisited, and some were unexpected gains this year. Now, I have sorted out 14 interesting places and shared them with you. 1. The former site of the Agricultural Institute This is a memorial hall for the peasant revolution. The overall architectural style is like the City, and the photos taken look good. Outside the courtyard, there are red walls, yellow glass, towering old trees, kapok and bodhi. When kapok blooms in spring, it must be more beautiful. Go before there are too many people! 2. Lu Xun Museum A museum with the richest information on Mr. Lu Xun&;s life. Lu Xun&;s creative ability is super strong, right? There are really many manuscripts. What makes me quite touched is that in one room, there is a paragraph written on the blackboard, only hoping that our motherland will get better and stronger. The whole museum is bright yellow, and the decoration style of the period, in addition to watching the museum exhibits and materials, you can also take photos as much as you like. It is also a very recommended place. 3. Notre Dame de Paris in the east of Sacred Heart Cathedral. It&;s rare for so few people to be happy ~ the beautiful cathedral, standing in the square and looking up, is very shocking. Besides taking pictures, you can also sit in the church and listen to nuns talking about the Bible and Jesus, which is quite interesting. There is a cafe opposite the church, which tastes good. The biggest highlight is that you can watch the panoramic view of the church from high altitude. A friend in Guangzhou said that every Christmas Eve, the church lights up. If you happen to be here at this time, you can come and have a look. 4. Guangzhou Art Museum focuses on the paintings and calligraphy works in Lingnan area. Whether it is the exhibition theme, exhibits or the museum building itself, it is very interesting! The area is very large, and there are many contents in the exhibition. Looking at it slowly, it will take about 2-3 hours. I like this spiral staircase very much. It&;s beautiful ~ It&;s a pity that the lens is not wide enough, but I&;m satisfied with seeing it with my eyes. There is a Chaoshan restaurant nearby, and the braised goose is not bad. 5. If Guangzhou Shisanxing Museum is interested in Shisanxing history, it must come. Believe me, it will never let you down. The museum is in the cultural park, small and exquisite, with rich collections. The history of the Thirteen Lines is detailed and clear, and the story of businessmen making money is very inspiring. The porcelain of the Qing dynasty is so beautiful, the patterns and styles are not out of date now, and it is graceful and rich. There is a wall at the entrance, full of model ships, and several ships are more domineering than Captain Jack&;s black pearl. Besides, I have plenty of time, and I can also stroll around the Cultural Park. Some retired uncles and aunts practice Cantonese opera here. I sat and listened for a while, which was quite interesting. 6. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall There are many statues of gentlemen in Guangzhou, and the memorial hall is the largest and tallest. The memorial hall has several functions, serving as a museum to display the history and life stories of the early 20th century, and as a place for important and literary performances. At the same time, the building itself is a large-scale work of art, designed by architect Lv Yanzhi. 7. For the first time, the Nanyue King Museum saw the real silk jade clothes with its own eyes. This museum is built around the ancient tomb, and one of its characteristics is that it canWalking into the ancient tomb at zero distance and visiting the site in person, unlike the Terracotta Warriors and Horses, which will isolate the archaeological excavation, when I walked in, my heart was still there (that feeling, you know). By the way, if you are timid/alone/afraid of the dark, try not to visit. Don&;t ask me why! 8. The South Campus of Sun Yat-sen University was the first stop in Guangzhou last year, and it was also visited this year. I should stroll around the campus slowly and miss my long-gone college life. The campus of CUHK has a sense of time and culture. After all, so many writers and professors are doing research and teaching here. The whole campus is lush, with red brick buildings and towering old trees as companions, and many teaching buildings are cultural relics. You can also sit and read and rest in Chen Yinque&;s former residence. I heard that the food in the canteen is delicious and I envy the students of CUHK. There are still many parents with their baby, pointing to the school motto that : should study hard and be admitted to this university in the future. 9. Chenjiaci is also the Guangdong Folk Arts and Crafts Museum, which is very interesting! The features of Lingnan architecture are vividly displayed here. The layout of nine halls and six courtyards, the art of stone carving, wood carving, gray sculpture and pottery sculpture are exquisite and vivid, and there is a video explanation in the hall. After reading it, I have a deeper understanding of Chenjiaci. Tickets to 10 yuan, the biggest feeling after the visit is that the tickets are worth it. It must be said that there are too many delicious foods near Chenjiaci. 9. There is no Yangcheng in Guangxiao Temple, and there is Guangxiao first. I saw the photos taken by the artist and made a special trip here. It&;s not far from Chenjiaci. Incense is flourishing, and you can smell incense and sandalwood before you reach the temple. With so many people coming to Guangxiao Temple, what do you want to say to Bodhisattva? I asked a Buddhist middleman, can I take pictures in the temple? He said: As long as you don&;t shoot Buddha statues, you can still shoot buildings. 10. Dongshankou refers to the whole area of Dongshankou. The first time someone took a wedding dress, it was a wonderful experience ~ From Peizheng Middle School, there was a slope, which was the famous &”;lover&;s slope&”; in Guangzhou. Red brick mansions, white walls, bougainvillea, exquisite cafes, art shops and major historical sites are totally different from online celebrity in other cities, and they are not commercialized at all. Every time I come here, I will see my beautiful little sister and handsome little brother taking pictures. Whether you like taking photos, drinking coffee or looking at buildings, you can come to Dongshankou. Won&;t let you down. 11. Jingshan utensils Super delicious coffee, please be sure to drink it when you go. It is very good to refresh the taste buds and experience a small exhibition hall of handmade utensils discovered by curiosity and change the exhibits regularly. Also, the coffee in this house should not be too delicious! 12. Kuiyuan 1922 Art Museum About Kuiyuan, the most impressive floor tiles, whether on the first floor, the second floor or the third floor, are super beautiful! If you like it too, you can take it home around the floor tiles. I don&;t know about art exhibits, and I can&;t give professional comments, but I can also come in for a stroll and cultivate artistic cells. 13. Xinyuan Xiyou Dongshan is very particular about design and decoration, and even prospective couples come here to take wedding photos ~ The store is very big, with two parts, and there is a garden behind it. There are two soft and cute ones in the garden.Love cats (taro and sweet potato). I especially like the lighting of their house, which is retro and has a sense of design. It&;s a pleasant time to sit by the window, have a cup of grapefruit tea and bask in the sun. 14. There is no military school whose former site is of great significance to modern history. Whether it&;s for historical reasons or punching in the crowd, it&;s worth visiting. There is an important exhibition this Mid-Autumn Festival: Documentaries of Military Academy students, reviewing the past. It&;s really not easy for them. Now peace is hard-won, so I&;m grateful. A 10-minute drive away, there is a deep well roast goose hidden in the bamboo forest. Come to Huangpu Military Academy, please be sure to eat!
