I remember answering a similar question a few months ago. I can&;t imagine what kind of person would give such an extreme definition to Guangzhou. I often go to Guangzhou for business and travel, and you don&;t feel very chaotic. On the contrary, I think everything is fine, the city is beautiful, and the price is not high, let alone the food, Cantonese food, dim sum and tea restaurant. It&;s one of the cities where I think life is cost-effective.
