Heilongjiang Provincial Land Reclamation Bureau is Heilongjiang Province and its directly affiliated institutions. It is located in the economic center of Northeast Asia, at the foothills of Xiaoxing &;anling Mountain, Songnen Plain and Sanjiang Plain in northeast China, and is one of the three world-famous black soil belts. Heilongjiang Reclamation Area has 9 administrative bureaus, 113 farms, 1,048 units of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, and 1,793 corporate enterprises, which are distributed in 12 cities in the province with a total population of 1.772 million, including 777,000 employees and 375,000 employees.
