The so-called &”;green label (environmental protection sign) attached to cars&”; is correctly named: green environmental protection sign of motor vehicles. According to W《关于实施机动车环保标志管理的通告》 of Guangzhou (No.25 [2019] of Suifu),
This sign was made and issued by Guangzhou Environmental Protection Bureau. In 2019, Guangzhou Environmental Protection Bureau announced that there were 53 issuing points for automobile environmental protection signs. As long as they meet the requirements, green labels can be collected at any of these issuing points.
