Dongguan is a prefecture-level city without districts. As of June 2021, Dongguan has four streets under its jurisdiction. The prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of East Province is one of the four prefecture-level cities without districts, which is located in the Pearl River Delta in the south-central part of Guangdong Province, on the east bank of the Pearl River Estuary and downstream of Dongjiang River. It is between 113 31 ′-114 15 ′ east longitude and 22 39 ′-23 09 ′ north latitude.
