So for the whole of Guangdong Province, the third year of high school should be started at the provincial level as a whole, so as long as the opening problems in Guangzhou, Dongguan and Foshan are not solved, other regions can&;t start school. I think that if Guangdong Province wants to start school in an all-round way, it must be basically controlled.
