Travel planning for four days and three nights
After staying at the inn in Xiamen on the first day, you can arrange Nanputuo, then Xiamen University, and leave Xiamen University from Baicheng Gate at around 3pm. Across the road is Baicheng Bathing Beach, next to Fort Hu Lishan. You can first visit Hu Lishan Fort (the journey takes one hour, and friends who are not interested in history and culture can omit this trip), then rent a bicycle for two or three people near Baicheng, and enjoy the beautiful island road, cool sea breeze and charming sunset with friends. (The above trip ends around 7: 00). The most important stop in the evening is Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street (the most representative old street in Xiamen), where you can hang out and eat snacks to fill your stomach.
One-day tour can be arranged for the next day. This is for a friend who travels outside Fujian Province for the first time. It is recommended to book one day in advance with the group tour. On the third morning, arrange to go to Shiwan Botanical Garden (breathing different flowers and plants, different air). At noon, take a taxi to Xiamen S well-known small glasses food stall, order some local authentic soy sauce water (Xiamen&;s traditional seafood dishes). After a big meal, go to Xiamen Science and Technology Museum, Xiamen Cultural and Art Center, visit the first-class science and technology museum in China, and be infected by the ubiquitous atmosphere of science and art. In the evening, you can enjoy Xiamen Next to the Science and Technology Museum, you can enjoy authentic local specialties at the historic Haoqingxiang Hotel. After dinner, enjoy the night view of Yuan You Lake, pick up your luggage at the inn and ferry to Gulangyu Island (remember to deposit it when you go out in the morning), and spend the night in Gulangyu Island at night. Check into the pre-booked inn first, and then start the last journey of Gulangyu.
