The person in charge of the Guangzhou Municipal Health and Health Commission accepted an exclusive interview with the reporter and introduced the recent prevention and control of overseas imports in Guangzhou. All cases of joint prevention and control are actively investigated and found. Since the first imported case was found in our city on March 15th, up to 24: 00 on April 6th, 111 confirmed cases of imported cases have been found, including 86 cases from Nigeria, 3 cases from Angola, 2 cases from Congo (DRC), 2 cases from Niger, France, Brazil, Britain, Australia, Ethiopia, Burkina Faso and Madagascar. All the confirmed cases imported from abroad were found by active investigation, among which 57 cases were found by port investigation, 39 cases were found by centralized isolation medical observation places, 6 cases were found by close contacts tracking management, 6 cases were found by community investigation, and 3 cases were found by fever clinic. Up to now, 5 cases of overseas related confirmed cases have been found, including 2 cases from close contacts and 3 cases from fever clinic. The municipal disease control department conducted an in-depth epidemiological investigation on each imported case and related cases, identified close contacts, disposed of them in time, and prevented the spread. A comprehensive investigation found that there were overseas related cases in Kuangquan Street. From 6: 00 on March 27th, according to the decision-making arrangements of the provincial prevention and control headquarters, Guangzhou implemented centralized isolation medical observation for all entry personnel, and carried out virus and nucleic acid detection in full coverage. In order to eliminate the possible hidden dangers in the early stage, a comprehensive investigation was conducted on the entry personnel who entered the country after March 8 and have not been included in the medical observation of home isolation or centralized isolation. A total of 21,742 people were included in the health service management, and all of them were tested for nucleic acid. All the inbound personnel assessed as high-risk flights are adjusted to centralized isolation, and further health observation and nucleic acid detection are carried out during centralized isolation. As of April 6th, a total of 1,038 people who entered Guangzhou by high-risk flights from March 8th to 27th have all been tested for nucleic acid again. Recently, Guangzhou has done a comprehensive job in the investigation and management of personnel in Guangzhou in high-risk countries. As of April 6, the city has investigated 3,779 people in Guangzhou from high-risk countries, all of whom have been tested for nucleic acid and included in health management. During the comprehensive investigation, five confirmed cases were detected among the entry personnel in Kuangquan Street, Yuexiu District, all of which were Nigerian nationals, and all of them were found during the centralized medical observation. An epidemiological survey conducted by the CDC found that four of the above five confirmed cases had dined at Emma Food in Kuangquan Street in Yuexiu District many times in a short time. According to this clue, the CDC conducted an in-depth epidemiological investigation, and found 4 cases of imported cases recently reported (3 cases in Yuexiu District and 1 case in Baiyun District) through tracking close contacts and checking fever clinics. A total of 197 close contacts were identified, and all of them have been subjected to nucleic acid detection and centralized isolation medical observation; 1680 related personnel in high-risk places have been expanded and all of them have been sampled for nucleic acid detection.Measure; 571 samples were collected from 8 restaurants, 9 hotels and 12 public places where imported cases had been, and the test results were all negative. At the same time, Jieyang City tracked down one close contact person from Guangzhou to Jieyang and one local playmate according to the notification of close contact person investigation issued by Guangzhou, all of whom were diagnosed locally, and the relevant close contacts have also received centralized isolation and health management. Preventable and controllable citizens don&;t need to panic. According to the requirements of national classification and accurate prevention and control, Guangzhou timely and dynamically adjusted the prevention and control measures, and the prevention and control risks in Yuexiu District and Baiyun District were adjusted to medium risks. The management of key areas and places where high-risk people gathered was strengthened, the level of prevention and control measures was improved, and the health monitoring and management of personnel were strengthened. At present, 32,182 immigrants (including 6,321 foreign immigrants) have been isolated in a centralized way or at home. According to the assessment of disease control experts, Guangzhou can be prevented and controlled at present, but the risk of transmission caused by sporadic cases and imported cases among these people still exists.
