Hello, based on my five-year working experience in a 3A hospital, I would like to express my views on this topic. First of all, studying medicine is really a hard road. Judging from the college entrance examination, the admission scores of two ordinary medical schools generally exceed one score line, and the scores of one medical school are higher. As for the famous medical schools in China such as Concord University and Huaxi, the admission scores are even higher. After trying hard to get into medical school, what awaits you will be more bitter study than three years of review in high school. The general undergraduate education system is four years. Because medical students need to learn too much knowledge, the general clinical medicine and stomatology are all five years. More than 30 courses should be intensively studied in five years, including thousands of pages of textbooks such as internal medicine, surgery and diagnostics. As medical students, all the contents in the books must be mastered, and there is no focus in the exam, because patients are never focused when they are sick. There are many majors that can be profitable during their college studies, but medical students have been paying and getting nothing. Generally, the school will arrange an internship in the hospital in the last year. During the internship, there is no salary, no income, living expenses for themselves, and even the cost of internship. At present, the employment situation of doctors is grim, and they can hardly find their favorite jobs after graduation, so they can only go to township hospitals or other health care units. If you want to stay in a third-class hospital or a slightly larger hospital, you must have a master&;s degree or above. Therefore, for most medical students, postgraduate entrance examination is the only way. The difficulty of the postgraduate entrance examination is comparable to that of the college entrance examination, and it is three years of study after being admitted. Many medical students study through clinical experience during the day and research at night to ensure graduation. During this period, there is almost no income, and some schools have better policies and will have meager living allowances. At present, many large-scale top-three hospitals require doctors to recruit, so many students will continue to study PhD. By the time they graduate, they are basically around 30 years old, some even have no partners, some are married and have children, but their meager income makes them unable to support their families. People always think that doctors are a high-paying industry, and senior doctors may have some extra income such as lectures and scientific research. However, the income of young doctors is also very common. Plus, they have reached their thirties, have mortgage and car loans, and have to raise children, which is the time to spend. After work, doctors work harder, have endless night shifts and endless operations. Basically, most doctors are overworked, and many doctors are in a sub-health state. All the year round, I always have to worry about the hospital, and doctors must also be on duty when others go out to play on holiday. Every day, every year, until retirement. But why are so many people scrambling to become doctors? Doctors are one of the few industries that can eat on their own. For rural students, there are many people who have changed their destiny by studying medicine. It is much fairer for the doctor industry. As long as you have the ability, even if you are from a poor background, a grassroots background or a peasant background, you may gain your future through your own efforts. Secondly, medical treatmentAlthough the income of students is not particularly high, compared with other industries, it still belongs to the middle and high level. Take the first-tier cities in non-Beishangguang as an example, the income of ordinary young doctors can be maintained at more than 10,000, but the income of practitioners in other industries with the same qualifications is basically around 5,000 to 8,000. Another particularly important reason is that doctors are a particularly stable job, and many industries will face unemployment, but then doctors will not. Everyone is born and dies, and doctors never lose their jobs. As long as you have skills, you will never lose your job anywhere. AI can replace a lot, but it can&;t replace doctors. Therefore, even though the medical school is not easy to take the exam and the road to study medicine is very hard, there are still many people scrambling to choose the road to medicine.
