2. The following conditions must be met simultaneously:
(1) Guangzhou registered employees who have paid the housing provident fund in other places buy self-occupied housing in Guangzhou;
(2) Individual housing loans that have not used housing provident fund;
(3) Meet other application conditions of Guangzhou housing provident fund personal housing loan and relevant regulations of Guangzhou on housing purchas《异地贷款职工住房公积金缴存使用证明》 to Guangzhou Housing Provident Fund Management Center (4th floor, No.12 Huajiu Road, Zhujiang New Town, Guangzhou), and Guangzhou Provident Fund Center begins to implement the housing provident fund individual housing loan policy in different places.

(1) The employee applies to the housing provident fund management center of the deposit city, and th《异地贷款职工住房公积金缴存使用证明》 is issued by the housing provident fund management center of the deposit city.
