Notice on Putonghua Proficiency Test for Social Personnel in 2018
(1) Basic conditions
1. Have nationality and enjoy the political rights of citizens.
2. Be law-abiding, well-behaved and have good professional ethics.
3. Bachelor degree or above (those who are not permanent residents in Guangzhou must have a bachelor degree or above in general higher education), and have the professional and technical conditions, job qualifications, professional qualifications and skills required for the post. Among them, social workers must have the corresponding teacher qualifications (primary school teachers must have the qualifications of teachers above primary school, middle school teachers must have the qualifications of teachers above secondary school), must have the professional and technical qualifications corresponding to the position or the majors with bachelor degree or above must meet the professional requirements of the position; The majors that fresh graduates learn must meet the professional requirements of the recruitment position.
4. Non-permanent residents in Guangzhou (including Zengcheng and Conghua) should meet the population access conditions in Guangzhou.
5. Good health.
6. There is no violation of law and discipline.
7. Have other conditions required for the post.
(2) Specific conditions
1. Social personnel shall meet the following conditions:
(1) Persons with permanent residence in Guangzhou (excluding Zengcheng and Conghua):
Bachelor degree or above, with professional and technical qualifications below intermediate level in teacher series (without professional and technical qualifications and junior professional and technical qualifications), the age limit is below 35 years old (born after January 1, 1977);
Bachelor degree or above with intermediate professional and technical qualifications for teachers, or graduate degree, the age limit is below 40 years old (born after January 1, 1972);
Bachelor degree or above, with associate senior professional and technical qualifications for teachers, or doctor&;s degree, the age limit is under 45 years old (born after January 1, 1967).
(2) Persons who are not permanent residents in Guangzhou (including Zengcheng and Conghua) (if the spouse of a married person has no permanent residence in Guangzhou, his spouse must also meet the conditions for population access in Guangzhou):
Undergraduate education in general higher education with a bachelor&;s degree, or graduate education in national education with a master&;s degree, or undergraduate education in general higher education with professional and technical qualifications above the intermediate level in teachers&; series, the age limit is under 35 years old (born after January 1, 1977);
Those with a bachelor&;s degree in general higher education and a series of associate senior professional and technical qualifications for teachers, or graduate degrees in national education and a master&;s degree and a series of intermediate or above professional and technical qualifications for teachers, are under 40 years of age (born after January 1, 1972).
In this announcement, the primary professional and technical qualifications of teachers refer to primary school teachers, secondary school teachers and assistant lecturers; Intermediate professional and technical qualifications refer to senior primary school teachers, middle school teachers and lecturers; Senior professional and technical qualifications refer to senior primary school teachers (deputy senior), senior middle school teachers, senior middle school teachers and senior lecturers.
(3) For Chinese teachers, the level of Putonghua must be above Grade Two..
2. In 2018, fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities (including students with suspended employment, and students with suspended employment are only graduates of universities in Guangdong Province who hold suspended employment agreements) must meet the following conditions:
(1) Have a bachelor&;s degree or above in general higher education, and have a bachelor&;s degree or above at the same time (fresh graduates must obtain it when they graduate normally in 2018);
(2) Those who have passed the Putonghua proficiency t—— must reach Grade Two or above, and those in other disciplines should reach Grade Two or above;
(3) The English level of English teachers must be above CET-4 (CET-6 cannot be equated with CET-4);
(4) Non-normal graduates of teacher positions must have teacher qualification certificates or attend 33 colleges and universities selected by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education to carry out the &”;two studies&”; course training and study pedagogy and psychology courses in our school with qualified results. Third, the recruitment method
(1) Registration
1. Registration method: the applicant logs on the website that publishes the recruitment information to register online.
2. Registration time: 12: 00 am on Thursday, March 8, 2018 to 17: 00 pm on Tuesday, March 13, 2018.
3. Fill in the job description: each person is limited to 2 positions. The positions reported are divided into the first volunteer and the second volunteer, with the first volunteer as the main position, and the second volunteer will be used when the supplementary or supplementary recording situation stipulated in this scheme occurs. If such situation does not occur, the second volunteer position will be invalid.
4. Payment: Those who successfully register will pay the registration and examination fees through the online payment system, and each person will be 50 yuan. Those who fail to pass the qualification examination or fail to take the exam for my own reasons will not be refunded. The deadline for payment is 17: 00 pm on March 14th (Wednesday).
5. Print the admission ticket: From 17: 00 pm on Monday, March 19th, participants in the written test will download and print the admission ticket through the website of Guangzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Haizhu Talent Network (there is no need to print the admission ticket after paying the fee).
(2) Examination
The examination consists of three parts: written examination, interview and professional skill test.
(1) written test
The contents of the written test are professional knowledge of disciplines and related public knowledge such as pedagogy, psychology, education policies and regulations, education and teaching management, current affairs and politics. The question type is objective.
Candidates with professional and technical qualifications above the intermediate level of the teacher series can enter the interview directly without written examination. The professional and technical qualifications of those who are exempt from written examination must correspond to their positions, and senior primary school teachers cannot be exempted from written examination when applying for middle school teachers&; positions. Limited by the number of posts, those with middle and senior professional and technical qualifications can only be hired to junior posts and enjoy the treatment of junior titles if there are no vacancies in middle and senior positions in their units. They can only enjoy the corresponding title treatment after the vacancies in middle and senior positions appear in their units. Once the middle and senior professional and technical qualifications are registered, they are deemed to accept the above conditions.
The written test time is March 24th (Saturday), and the specific time and venue arrangement are subject to the admission ticket. written examinationThe results will be published on the websites of Guangzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Haizhu District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Haizhu District Education Information Network and Haizhu Talent Network after March 29th (Thursday).
(2) Interview
Methods to determine the interview list: 1. According to the order of the written test scores, determine the list of people who enter the interview from the written test according to the ratio of the number of candidates to the written test number of 1: 8 (positions with 1 candidate) or 1: 6 (positions with 2 candidat:5 (positions with 3 or more candidates). For positions that do not reach the above ratio, all participants in the written test will enter the interview list. 2. Those who meet the requirements for exemption from written examination will all enter the interview. 3. When the number of candidates who entered the interview among the first volunteer candidates for a certain position did not reach the above proportion, the candidates who applied for the position but failed to enter the first volunteer interview scope in the second volunteer will be replenished according to the written test scores.
The interview mainly examines the adaptability of the interviewer to the position, including oral expression ability, mastery of relevant professional knowledge, judgment and analysis ability. The interview results shall be notified to the candidates in writing by the recruiting units.
The interview time and place will be notified separately.
(3) Qualification examination and professional skill test
According to the order of interview results, enter the qualification examination and professional skills test with the ratio of the number of candidates for each position to the number of interviewers of 1: 5 (positions with one candidate) or 1: 4 (positions with two candidat:3 (positions with three or more candidates). Qualification examination shall be conducted before the professional skills test, and those who fail the qualification examination shall be disqualified from the professional skills test, and the personnel shall be replaced according to the interview results, and enter the professional skills test after passing the qualification examination. Those who fail to participate in the qualification examination according to the specified time shall be deemed to have given up the qualification of professional skills test.
The original and photocopy of the listed materials (A4 specifications) shall be submitted for qualification examination as the basis for qualification examination. Candidates should meet the qualifications of the published position. If there is any discrepancy or fraud, the examination qualification will be cancelled and the fees paid will not be refunded.
The professional skills test takes the form of lecture or trial teaching, and those who score more than 60 points in the professional skills test can enter the physical examination and assessment. The professional skills test results shall be notified to the candidates by the recruiting units.
(3) Physical examination and assessment
According to the professional skills test scores of each position, the list of medical examiners is determined according to the ratio of 1: 1, and the medical examination standard is implemented according to 《广东省教师资格申请人员体格检查标准》 (revised in 2018). The physical examination is conducted in the designated hospital, and the candidates recommended by the physical examination hospital for reexamination cannot reach a qualified conclusion within one month, and the employing unit may fill in the candidates in turn according to actual needs. Those who pass the medical examination will be assessed.
The assessment content mainly includes ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability, work performance and so on. Those who fail the examination will be disqualified and the files will be returned to the original unit.

(4) Supplementary records
When the number of the first volunteer candidates who meet the recruitment requirements of a position fails to reach the recruitment number, they can make up the records among the second volunteer candidates. The participants in the re-registration are those who have entered the professional skills test of the first voluntary unit and failed to be hired.
