What are the lines of Guangzhou Metro that are ready to start construction and have already started construction but have not been completed?

Two lines are under construction. Line 9: Fei &;eling, Huadu Automobile City, Guangzhou North Station, Huaguoshan Park, Huadu Square, Maanshan Park, Liantang Village (reserved first), Qingbu and Gaozeng.
