According to th《合同法》 and other relevant laws and regulations, the Buyer and the Buyer have reached the following agreement on the purchase and sale of the house on the basis of equality, voluntariness and consensus:

Article 1 Basic information of the house purchased by the buyer

Article 3 Payment and Term

The Buyer shall pay on schedule according to the following Option. 1. One-time payment. 2. installment payment. 3. Others.

The buyer&;s liability for breach of contract for overdue payment If the buyer fails to make payment within the time stipulated in this contract, it shall be dealt with according to the following option: 1. Article 4 Time limit for delivery

Article 5 Handover
